Robber roast is a traditional Finnish dish cooked in an earthen oven.
The meat, typically lamb or pork, is marinated and wrapped in foil and
placed in a pit in the ground. A fire is built over it, and the meat is
slowly cooked for several hours. The result is a tender, tasty dish that
is sure to please even the most demanding taste.
